To book the clubhouse, you first need to Head Over to the Heritage Page. Click Here

  • Go to www.heritageproperty.com
  • Select “Log In” in the upper right-hand corner of the page
  • Go to “Communication”
  • Go to “Calendar”
Please complete the rental/use agreement and return all pages of the agreement signed with checks to Heritage Property Management payable to Hampton Station Homeowners Association Inc. Please date the deposit check within 90 days of the date of the event for it to be valid. The fee should be current date, so we can deposit it in the accounts to finalize your reservation. Once the event is over and the clubhouse is cleared, your deposit check will be voided and destroyed or mailed back to you. Maintain a copy of the agreement for your records. Keys will need to be picked up from a representative of the clubhouse committee. Heritage will provide contact details once your event is secured. Please be sure to contact this person ahead of time to arrange key pick up. It is your responsibility to return keys to this person within 24 hours of your event. 

Need or want to make changes to the exterior of your home? For the sake of our community, we are required to get an approval for exterior modifications.

This is one of the most uncomfortable topics, but always must be addressed. 

If your complaint is regarding a city, county, state, or federal law being broken, call the Cherokee County Sheriffs Office immediately.

If this is a community violation, county ordinance, personal issue, or similar, please contact our HOA Management company.

While the Board will be involved, the HOA management company needs to be the point of contact as we are paying them to address these in a timely fashion and in accordance with laws. Additionally, they are able to track and keep record of these events.
