July 26, 2019 – Pool Inspection

Dear Residents,

Today we received an inspection from the Department of Public Health for a Pool inspection. This was again, due to another complaint filed.

In this case we are unaware of the specific complaint that was filed, but it was also in person and anonymous. However, we have great news, we scored a 100% on the inspection. I hope this can again put the individual's concern at ease.

Furthering the good news, we were able to come to an agreement with the inspector that now we are only required to have 1 (one) lifeguard on duty to operate the slide! You will notice that the lifeguard seat has been moved to the slide entrance. This has to do with this exception.

We are continuing to work hard for this community and can't wait to share some exciting news with you in our August update. See you Sunday for the Back to School party.

  1. Great Job HOA Committee,
it sounds like someone from the inside, meaning someone who has been in a previous position in the HOA who seems to have a good understanding of what to look for when filing a complaint. No worries, because it just goes to show with proper management our community will be well taken care of and manage accordingly. I have 100% faith in our new HOA committee.
